Just tested, never procs single target, can’t go live like this.

I mean its a 2.5% chance to proc on an ability that ticks once every 3 seconds. Priest Discord knew that was a DOA ability the day we saw it lol. Even if the set bonus just said increase damage of dots by 20% it wouldn’t be better than the T1 set bonus. Needs a complete rework
