Except any level 10 from NA servers gets the same achievement points as their main. So yeah, level 10’s with low achievement points are a majority of the time EU players.

Maybe you should actually play the game then. There’s a few tier sets that need more than just tuning of the set to work with current specs.

I do however i am starting to question if you do as well if you think tuning tier set bonuses have no impact on specs. You aren’t even talking from a point of reason.

You know you can restrict the achievements to only character specific ones for others to see, right?
