No because the time to gain charges takes too long. The BFA version was leaps and bounds better

For pvp (bg and world pvp hero here) I would have to say Talbadar’s Stratagem. Voidform into a S2M for burst would allow you to keep DP up constantly, and the ability to move and spam Mindblast seems super effective. Coupled with void torrent, you can pump out some massive damage REALLY fast and melt most people. This is how I have been doing it with good success without this legendary.

Also I feel like you could get some juicy dmg with painbreakers psalm.
Ive gone Suphuz today as most people say it’s best abd the stats are nice but the 10% cc reduction isn’t noticeable and should ve buffed to 15% imo

I agree, also FYI it does not stack with relentless trinket.
the cc reduction is pretty noticeable.
It might help me some games like get a Greater Fade off before dieing in a stun etc but it is pretty low. Id be happy if they removed it for 20 more stats but it’s probably decent for healers
