Which ones are recommended for shadow pvp?
I’ve been using crucible of flame Major, and then just lucid and iris minors, but I feel like they’re more geared towards pve.
Is blood of the enemy any good in pvp? It looks like it could be but, I’m pretty new to shadow pvp and don’t know much lol

C&S Major: The vers is massive, as is the damage reduction during stuns and lifeswap. Shadow can also consistently proc the double vers bonus every 5 seconds by dispelling, so the essence is pretty much 800 passive vers, 1600 in stuns.
Bote minor: Multi target multi dot essence of choice for a minor.
CoF / Iris / Lucid minor: CoF is great in arenas as you aren’t doing damage to “too” many targets to devalue the dot, but in BGs this really falls off because of how easily the dot gets spread around and how hard it is to refresh or stack.
Iris and Lucid are the options when CoF won’t work well, and between them I think both are fine, I personally go for the self sustain and vers of lucid over iris.
