if nothing is on cd I think a sub rogue opening on a shadow priest should win rather easily most the time. The rogue just has too much stun lock ability.

Not a dwarf priest. Can’t reset with blind on them, get dotted, and you’re dead

Shadow priests will be good for a time. but as gear progresses they don’t have an end game shadow gear set. demon spec warlock with SL Hunters who can drain mana befor being killed. mage with double pyro.

SL Locks are hard counters to every caster with felhunter, especially Spriests. Spriests do 0 damage to them

A pvp class with only 1 specific counter, seems solid in my book.

I will agree with the hunter, but I completely disagree with the mage as that’s easily countered through engineering. Also the shadow set thing is sort of silly… how many times are you realistically going to go against an SL lock with a full shadow resist set just ready to go…

If you’re playing Spriest you probably won’t dispel SL lol. Also u don’t need a shadow resist sit as an SL lock. Just felhunter. Especially if undead

Spriests have ludicrous physical def for a caster with innerfire and shadowform. Backstab crits for 700 will make you cry.

I’m playing a shadow priest and I literally had to bring up the fact that it’s dispellable to you. Who is bad in this scenario again?

Only person I’ve ever seen take down a shadow priest duelist was a paladin. The match lasted over an hour until the priest went oom.

A drood worth their stuff would have a set ready and given how they get to pick their fight or restart their fights by running away, thats an easy albeit cheesy solution.

99% of anyone in any pvp scenario is not going to have a shadow set ready specifically just for a shadow priest coming at them.

Any Rogues. As a Shadow Priest, I chased any and all Rogues in PVP.

I’m dead serious when I say that retain rogues are in for a very rude awakening.
