This is only happening on one character and none of the others. Support has be constantly looking into graphic settings. This started around the Nzoth visions revisit and I can’t get it to go away for months. It is starting to drive me a bit crazy and just retiring this paladin with 110 days seems crazy but I can’t deal much more.
Removed all buffs, cleaned quest log, removed all gear, disabled all addons, use stuck character, and generally changed a bunch of graphic setting.
A screenshot might help, maybe a bug report post, never touched that content tbh so I’m not sure it’s related, but if it’s related to a still active quest chain, abandoning it won’t help.

happens to me , Game thinks its night time. My problem goes away , but if it doesn’t , try to throw his cache folder away, see if that helps.
Join an arena match(any of the modes will do). It’s probably a bugged/stuck hidden aura and that’s one of the easiest ways to wipe them, since arena matches wipe pretty much everything to prevent exploitation, without having to wait on a GM to take care of it.
