Each time I use the ability nothing seems to change.
You sure it’s not auto casting and on CD or something? Mine seems to use it on auto-cast.

I’m self casting it without the auto-cast and my health doesn’t change at all. I’m tanking a pvp dummy and just dying. I will submit a ticket
Yes, you are right. I tested it on dummy and on an elite mob and it isn’t working. In fact, it almost seemed as if it reduced his health. Or maybe he just took a hard hit at the same time. Either way, it definitely didn’t increase his hp.

Are you looking at the actual numbers? The current and max health are both increased so you wouldn’t visually notice your health bar moving like it would if it was only a heal or only max health.
