I’m new to priest and I want to focus on healing, some dungeons but specially pvp.
My question is, for quest and dailies I would like to do it as shadow, never played shadow before. Any recommended build and covenant for this ?

Mindgames via Venthyr is great for levelling. Knocks out mobs quick. Also the Venthyr teleport helps get around, across, or up certain terrain or structures that are sometimes an issue in questing.

Death and Madness ensures you’ll almost always have a Devouring Plague for your next mob kill. Also gives you a low-cooldown execute which is very convenient.
Body & Soul for speed boost.
Misery to get double dots applied quickly, which also amplifies the rest of your damage via mastery.
Psychic horror is good for general crowd control.
Shadow Crash for when you have several mobs.
Void Torrent and Mind Games to burst down mobs quickly on a short cooldown.
Hungering Void for killing bigger mobs/bosses.
