Why is my aff spec hitting 1m-1.5m shadow bolts regularly, often multiple, and much easier to setup and do damage as than Destro? Sometimes I’ll get three shadow bolts in a row instantly hittin 1m+ each
Also, free casting shadowbolt spamming aff is one of the highest single target damage specs in the game at the moment, even when completely failing to apply crucial dots LMFAO what is up with that?
Would be impressive if anything yous aid was accurate.
They certainly crit for around a million if you’re Soul Harvester, and invest heavily into Shadow Bolt and Nightfall in the Affliction tree, and they proc an absolute ton.
But only crit, they certainly don’t hit that much baseline. And the extra shadow bolts via Cunning Cruelty don’t hit for as much as the actual spell itself.
But yes Shadow Bolt is out-damaging Chaos Bolt.

Chaos bolt is such a poor shadow of its MoP / WoD versions. It’s not scary any more like it once was. I remember people doing absolutely anything to stop that cast.
