Shadow and GCD changes

Everyone’s dps cool downs taken off GCD except shadow? Lots of other priest spec abilities ignored too

I suspect its because void eruption has a cast time and is also a damage spell by itself. It’ll be nice if they took power infusion off gcd tho.

Power Infusion is not on the gcd.
