The top piece of the Tier set is giving a different model than what is being shown. It is giving the pieces of the Pearlescent sets that you can buy from the vendors instead of the sha infested colors. The Exact model it will give is the Robe of Humbling Gravity for Normal, and Robe of Quiet Reflection for LFR, not sure on Heroic as still missing pieces to that set.

Came here to post the same thing. Was excited to finish this set without spending bronze and I cannot even use it.

They ever gonna fix these ensembles? Almost every single one has at least one item in it with the wrong appearance.
