Not sure if they changed something or not, but it’s been at least 20 minutes since his last spawn (more like 30, but I started watching the clock at 20).

Spawned 28 minutes after I started paying attention to the time.
Sha and Oondasta have a spawn time between 20-30mins…really great gameplay for years…
Hi there, just a correction so others aren’t given mistakenly incorrect information:
Galleon & Oondosta are on 15-minute spawn timers.
Sha is on a 10-20 minute spawn timer. When it spawns within that window is purely RNG.
Just wanted to offer that clarity for you and others. Happy Turkey Day Eve!

To add to this, Nalak works the same as Sha and Rukhmar is 15 minutes.
It will be nice once everyone gets their mounts and gets the heck out of the way and there is not this bum rush to get an old mount. Then the rest of us not in such a hurry can just show up whenever and kill it and get it. Because it will always be up then.
@ OP, you may have been re-sharded to a shard that had more recently killed him. It’s been happening a bit today and is pretty common on any day where they do maintenance/restarts.
Conversely, I was re-sharded along with a lot of other players mere moments after a 3-second kill about an hour ago (still inside the spawn protection window!) and he instantly began his spawn cycle. His spawn voice line came up before my flight left the zone.
