Sha- Infused?

Ok I’m confused about the theme of the released MOP classic cosmetics. If the Pandaren were fighting vs the corruption of the Sha, why would we have cosmetics that embraced the corruption they were against? Am I missing something from the story or lore? Ijs if the “Sha” is supposed to be representative of ultimate Pandaren evil and corruption. Every Sha- infused character/creature in MOP we ended up having to kill them if I remember correctly.

Youre thinking too hard.

I mean didnt Cata Classic literally gave us Ragnaros as a mount?

Same reason there’s a ton of Fel stuff from Legion. Because that’s just the aesthetic of the expansion.

The Sha corruption look is iconic to the setting, and so isnused as a design element for mounts and cosmetics celebrating the setting.

Seems to math up to me.

I get what your saying but we can’t ride any of the Sha’s as a mount and the Lil Ragnaros pet looks more Rags than the fire elemental mount does. Don’t get me wrong I like the cosmetics but just was curious about the lore/story of any behind it or if there was any

We’re not riding any Sha as a mount in the pack.

Nope, they’re just cosmetics.

Didn’t warlocks have a tier set that was literally a gnashing sha-face for a helmet? And didn’t every class have a sha-infused weapon?

True, depends on how you mog tho. I definitely will be using the pieces of the Stormstout set when released for my Pandaren DK

I’m so sad I have to wait for that set. :sob:

Me too, didn’t know it wasn’t available with the purchase BUT at least we can enjoy the other cosmetics. I secretly hope they release the set long before JULY 31 tbu

Think of it as the blood of their enemy.

Well cmon, warlocks and corruption? Goes hand in hand and makes total sense that Warlocks might tap that power BUT at the time of MOP Pandaren couldn’t be Warlocks like every race can now.
