Severely Underperforming Focusing Iris Essence +97% dmg nerf?

Edited 11/5/19 - after ticket was found that if you drag from neck and not from book the spell, it was bugged to do placeholder dmg

I logged in today to find that my lvl 3 Focusing Azerite Beam, which states and should do 117,660 dmg over 2.7 secs every 2 min to all targets in front of me … instead do 3500 total dmg over that same 2.7 secs. A 97% nerf, is this a bug or wtf??? Btw not just my issue either, asked others in chat to test as well and they were also surprised. Please advise on this matter and thank you!

Just tested mine and it did normal damage 154,590 single target

thanks for the edit. This happened to me this morning and I was freaking out. This is the only post I have found about this. switching where I got the ability from fixed my issue as well.

Is this bug limited to this essence?? Guess I’ll have to check since I just pulled all of mine directly from the HoA and not the list. :speak_no_evil::hear_no_evil::see_no_evil:
