Not a bug, the way the Severed Threads renown works is not like the others.
In essence, its composed fo the ranking level of each one of the 3 members (The Weaver, the General and i forgot the name of the third)
I am stuck at 7. My husband is at 8 and we have done exactly the same things. A guildy is also stuck at 7.

Yep, I have the three reputations at crony (level 3) but my Renown stopped at 7. I also went in and checked the vendor and I can only access the renown 7 items

Also having an issue with my renown. It is stuck at only 4 with 0/2500 and will not move.

Not a bug, the way the Severed Threads renown works is not like the others.
In essence, its composed fo the ranking level of each one of the 3 members (The Weaver, the General and i forgot the name of the third)
Every time you rank up 1 of those, you gain 2500 Reputation in the Severed Threads Reputation.
So if for exemple, you have Weaver at 2000, General at 2000 and the other one at 2000 and you gained 500 o neach, you would instantly go up by 3 Renowns on Severed Thread.
On the other hand, if all 3 you have 0 out of 2500, and you gained Let’s say 2000 on each (for a total of 6000 Reputation) you would not gain any renown on severed threads as none of the rank’d up.
My rank for each of the three are at Acquaintance which is 2/9. My friend’s rank with them is also Acquaintance. My total renown with The Severed Threads is rank 4. His rank is 6. There is a bug that is preventing renown going up.
Also I submitted a support ticket and got back a ChatGPT response linking me to a third party guide on how to gain reputation for The Severed Threads. Utterly ridiculous.

I understand that you have to level up the 3 NPCs to gain a renown level but are the side quests like the ones for Sojourner supposed to give you rep with them or is it just the WQ? I have guildies renown much higher than mine yet I only got rep from the WQ

Side quests give rep as well as rare mobs. The discrepancy of two people having done all the same quests is probably how many rare mobs you’ve killed. There are also Delves and Dungeons with quests associated with this rep/zone.

Ok then something isn’t right bc I am not getting rep with anything but WQs. I did the pact thing this am and completed the campaign but no rep

I am also stuck at renown 4 despite doing every single thing related to that renown …
This really sucks as renown is one of the important stuff very early in an expansion, and then it quickly becomes less interesting
if blizzard can fix this urgently would be very appreciated
I should mention that i’m a EU player

I am at Renown 5, but yet I have 2/2/2 on each of the followers. After doing the main questline etc my husband is at 2/3/2 and renown 6. I got no Rep for completing the campaign etc and it seems my rep is just frozen in place.

Same issue here.
My standings are 4/4/6 but my Severed Threads renown is only 12.
My friend’s got the same standings as i do but his Severed Thread renown is 14.

It’s definitely bugged, I stopped getting all rep for the sub reps a few days ago, so haven’t been increasing renown (stuck at 4). Not getting it from quests, rares, Rumors, nothing. I even have the contract and I’m not even getting the 4 rep for WQs.

I am also bugged, i am showing rep received in the chat box but it is not going up in my rep tab.

Same here. Neither Severed Thread’s renown or subfaction rep is increasing despite doing all the side quests and chat notifications of rep gains.
Gotta be bugged. Buddy of mine is at 16, but has the exact same progress on the individual representatives that I do.
So either it was bugged at some point and they got ahead, or it’s bugged for me and I can’t catch up.
this is my exact issue - the 3 reps add up to 11 but the Threads renown says 8

Im at 5-3-3, I ranked up from 3-3-3 last week only went up one renown.
Guildy is 5-4-5, no idea what caused the difference in levels on them as we have done the same things.
Im stuck at renown 9 while he is at renown 12.
Would be nice to have a proper answer in how this renown works. or it be corrected (as well as rolled back for all those that cheesed it using alt accounts)
