Hi,
My name is Dhanglin and I’ve been doing the highest keys currently on Pres Evoker.
It appears that there still hasn’t been a fix to the healing effects from both rewind and Golden Hour (Preservation Evoker talent) that counts as “reversal healing” on the Candleking boss. I assume this is because the ticking damage is received from the wax statues that spawn throughout the encounter. This is a massive decrease in Preservation Evoker HPS, as it means that we’re losing one of our biggest healing cooldowns (rewind) as well as our triage healing (reversion - golden hour).
You can see this in the youtube video of my kill linked on 17, as well as in this log where rewind does the absolute minimum healing (appears as though it heals as if there was 0 damage encountered unless used after the circle expiration). See how in the log below there was 0.89% golden hour healing, whilst on my average encounter it’s 10-15% of my healing.
Please look into this, or Preservation will struggle severely in higher keys on this dungeon.
