There’s a few NPCs that were deleted with the War Within randomly.
Rebecca Laughlin, the Tabard Vendor, is no longer in the Stormwind Visitor’s Center, meaning you can’t buy the guild tabard or a number of other tabards.
Lord Candren and Astrid Langstrump, the Gilneas faction quartermaster and Gilneas faction mount vendor respectively are both missing as well. They were removed with the sweep of NPCs that were taken out of the refugee area, but unlike all of those, they weren’t put in a new location like Amirdrassil.
You’d think they would have been put up in Gilneas, but, no; they’re no where to be found.
Please restore these NPCs in some fashion.
