Settings resetting since Patch

I turned my music on yesterday, and after a short while it stopped again. The music was still on, but somehow “Loop Music”, a setting I have never changed since I made sure it was enabled, was turned off. I thought nothing much of it and ticked it and went on my way.

Today I logged into an alt, and none of my key binds worked. They worked yesterday just fine, because it was the same character from the Loop Music issue. Upon checking keybinds, I noticed that “Character Specific Bindings” was enabled. Turning it off, everything went back to normal since all my toons have the same keybind layout.

Is there a known issue with settings randomly getting changed? These are not setting I would ever actually change, in all my days playing, so it wasn’t me.

This one used to happen toe about once a week. It was inconvenient but easy to deal with.nsince ToC patch however and the change of the options menu layout you can no longer just go in and uncheck that box as it is no longer getting checked and it’s become a daily thing and I have to manually reset the keybinds everytime. Does it have something to do with an addon or something? It’s becoming an annoyance.

not actually sure… The new menu tho is a real pain because my normal fix for the low quality game engine regarding the graphics issues now takes much longer. (similar fix)

Bartenders was the problem. I started using domino instead of bartender and it’s so much better and doesn’t reset my keybinds
