Settings not retained between sessions

Every time I log into TWW my graphics settings are reverting to default, including the resolution which is not correct for my graphics card.

Also, some settings are common across all characters (eg nameplate display status text), but other’s aren’t - eg Auto Loot on or which Nameplates it shows.

I’m experiencing this, as well. I’ve checked permissions and everything. Even the Config.wtf shows the correct resolution.
