Noob question here, but does the Resolution Scale setting have any effect on FPS? If I set resolution scale below (or above) my window size what would happen?
Absolutely. The higher you go, the better everything will look, and the less fps you’ll be able to achieve as the cost of those pretty things.
If you set below 100% the game will render internally below your screen resolution and upscale the final image for display which increases FPS.
If you set above 100% the game will render internally above your screen resolution and downscale the final image for display which decreases FPS.
