Would it be possible to set our preferred keybind and interface options before launch like we can do with system settings? If Blizzard doesn’t add the option, does anyone know if there’s a guide available to setting this up through the folder?
You can do system settings but no interface/keybinds that I saw.
Just do it when you log in on launch day. We all know we’re going to have lots of free time waiting on spawns.

Did that in the Pre-Launch Test. The keybinding settings will transfer over.
If I wanted to copy these settings from one account to another or send them to a friend do you know if just the WTF folders need to be copied or the OLD files as well?
I was hoping this is the case.
Could probably dig it up, but no guarantees that it’d work. I’ve never had to do it and there’s an element of server side synchronization that would probably replace it.
I know how to disable the server sync, but the next time you turn it back on it replaces the computer’s settings with the server.
