Might need some reduced in PVP reductions off what im reading without testing though.
Or glass cannon reduced to 50% and no penalty. Or Remove glass entirely and buff fire base damage proportionally instead of worrying about it.

Such an uninspired passive. Might as well just make it say “reduces the cooldown of combustion by 20 seconds.”
It’s been a while since I’ve played mage, but I don’t see how this changes your gameplay whatsoever.
The 40% buff to damage during combust is literally just number tuning but baked into a now required passive spell. Weird. You shouldn’t tune a spec via passive talent. Just makes that talent required.
