well yea its a patch, patches usually break them
download wowup but the curseforge version, super lightweight fast and doesn’t take forever to load with adds and having to have stupid overwolf nonsense. Takes seconds to update all ur addons and program launches almost instantly.

There is no way I’m going to turn my computer over to some sketchy 3rd party app that probably works fine for the best players who know how to do intricate customizations of addons.

probably because the patch changed from 10.2.5 to 10.2.6
addon authors actually have to change that in their addon or the game lists them as out of date.
You have to remember now that game and forums are two different things…the amount of player base that reads and posts in the forums is no way close to amount of players that play the game now…not even close…forums posters are a very small faction of the player base.
I didn’t have to restart my PC all I had to do is relog into log in screen I had up on my screen…

You need to open task manager and close all WoW processes. Then your app will properly open and update itself. I opened mine on both my desktop and laptop earlier and updated the app then.
