They’re probably bringing the servers up one at a time and since there are still so many of them, this will take even more time - the message about downtime until 5pm PST is still up.

Stop logging in so that I can get in. This is why the game needs a sub-based queue priority.
the welcome splash screen doesnt even mention catalyst even tho its the main good thing about the patch lol
