They lied to us about when servers would be up…this is emblematic of this company and what they stand for. Why cant they be honest and transparent and just say Mike in IT worked harder and got thing done quickly. This is unacceptable and I need to be personally awarded many dollars in lost anguish. I had planned on hand wringing an extra 5 hours today.

Yeah, hopefully they forgot to update the estimate because 2 days of maintenance until 3:00 p.m. Pacific time is insane…
