Iā€™ve done both of those, and received nothing. You may be satisfied with the answer they pretended was sufficient. I am not. If they feel strongly about it they can punish me. Iā€™ll accept that. I have a sneaking suspicion that theyā€™ll just keep ignoring me as long as they get my sub fee. They closed the thread where the blue post was so I canā€™t continue. I donā€™t think you quite understand exactly how petty I can be when a company mistreats its customers. Iā€™ll continue asking the question until blizz either blocks me, answers me, or goes out of business, or I die.

I simply think that companies should treat their customers fairly. Denying service with no warning and poor explanation isnā€™t good enough. Yeah, itā€™s petty. I understand. Itā€™s the hill I would die on. Any other company would be held to the same standards. If your hamburger has a severed finger in it, the restaurant doesnā€™t get away with simply saying ā€œyeah, our kitchen identified some issuesā€. You have to explain that stuff.

They said that it caused issues that they didnā€™t expect. What else do you want them to say? Break down the lines of code to explain what happened?

The update didnā€™t go as planned and caused issues that need to be fixed.
