They may be adding the fresh servers. Seems more likely than prepatch.

Would be nice to actually have time to level a DK instead of like tbc pre patch had 2 weeks to level. Would be perfect if it started today

You need 2 months to level a dk with Wrath 60-70 nerfs (about 30%) and a 50% xp buff?
Man, you must play like 30 min a day.
