I want a refund especially after I get randomly disconnected prior to the server shut down and then it says my character doesn’t exist??? Excuse me WHAT?

I just wish at some point blizzard would just send these people a check for 11 cents… Servers go down in all games for various reason’s. Quit crying… They are probably being DDOS’d which they can’t control.
