Hello all. I’ve recently returned to WoW and have been trying my best to keep an eye out for any sort of server wide rp events for my human in hopes of being able to find some new contacts and hopefully in time- an active rp guild to potentially be a part of.
However… upon my return I have noticed that I am not seeing very many information listings on the MG forum about current server wide events. If I remember correctly there was once a thread that kept up with this type of information, where people would post their upcoming events and where everything was easily found for those who were seeking such things.
Is this still a thing? I haven’t found a recent thread but I may have simply overlooked it… Unless there is now some sort of discord community where event organizers keep this type of information up to date for those seeking?
Well the Horde Coalition MGs Horde discord posts a bunch. I’m not sure about the Alliance. I’d ask in trade. I know the market is every Monday. Then you got Lordaeron Eternal Court. They do events too. Sorry I’m mainly Horde on MG. Think at the top is MG Discord directory. Though hasn’t been updated in months.
A lot of event planning and communications, as well as ads take place in discords now. Here are some helpful community discords to help you plug into rp.

And to be honest… The reason I play alliance these days is due to the fact that a several years ago a huge chunk of my friend group decided to faction change. Though admittedly every time a new expansion rolls around I’m usually in their ear trying to convince them to go back to horde. So far it hasn’t worked… but with that being said, I still enjoy my alliance characters. I’m just a hordie at heart.
