Server transfer

I am trying to transfer one of my toons, but there is no shop button on the character select screen. I have disabled all of my add ons and still nothing.

You might have to do it the original way from the website.

I just tried it, and I have a SHOP button on my Classic character select screen. When I click it, there is only one thing in the shop:

Character transfer $25

Have you done transfer before?
