Server transfer Bug

Started a transfer to another server and it’s been in progress for over 24 hours. I can’t log into the character or anything. Super frustrating. Anyone else experiencing this? I opened a ticket and they told me to report the issue here and they couldn’t help me!

update we are now 40+ hours.
The Gm’s told me to post here, and 3 separate gm’s said they could do nothing about it. I tried to see if they can cancel the transfer which was also negative. It’s my only lvl 80 character and I’m stuck in limbo.

Yep same issue for me and a guildie rn, mine has been around 10hrs, his has been 2 days

I put in a request to cancel the server transfer. Not sure if they can but i’ll let you know if it works.

Update, it did not they can’t cancel it once it’s been initiated T.T
