I just tried logging in and yep, still down. On the current estimate it will be another hour. Fingers crossed for earlier!

Jesus thats 11 pm my time… way to go blizzard really did well on this one. I bet launch day for the expansion gets shut down with a whole day of server maintence 12 hours later too. Track record looking just as terrible as usual and doesnt bode well.

I think it has something to do with the labor shortage.
Californian is that state that everyone goes to just to see all the Homeless people and see all the fake people.

Oh really we (Californian here) got Disneyland and universal studios Hollywood and we have better food and better climate and freedom.
I really hope someone is making a documentary behind the scenes to show what is happening during maintenance because at this point after 18 years and better hardware and tech people/programmers there is still a need to do 12 hours of downtime.
Maybe it is time to get rid of the server identities all together and rework the code to work on a massive single distributed server instead of 50 individual ones. Just saying
