As many fellow gamers have reported, the server stability on Doomhowl has been varying and spotty at points during the mid & latter half of last week.
Especially for players connected from Europe.
I had discord calls of UBRS runs where pretty much all EU peeps lagged out or straight up DCed.
Same for random disconnects out of the blue occasionally.
During the OnlyFangs raid on April 26th.
At 1:06pm Server Time they reported lags, rubber banding and DCs in their own raid.
The issues continued until decided to call off their raid at 1:33pm Server Time.
I could point to timestamped videos of it, but can’t link [perms]
Personally, i was going again from losing my raiding 60 Warlock to a DC earlier this week already.
Server connection got lost, while my in-game chat, discord and internet was fine, proven by a speed test pulled up during the incident.
My 42 Priest Alevis died to 1-2 on level mobs while grinding quests at 1:33-1:34pm Server Time on April 26th.
I display my internet connecting doing fine on client side on a video i uploaded as proof but i am not allowed to link it here due to board rules.
In conclusion:
Playing HC on Doomhowl from Europe during the last few days has been rough.
There has been Server Sided DC events for a wide range of players multiple times.
Leading to many characters lost to Blizzard Sever sided instability, possibly caused by targeted DDoS attacks, since issues spiked during OnlyFangs raid once again.
I hope decision makers can look into these issues or get informed about the issue(s) and consider rerolling character deaths during identified time frames/windows of server sided issues.
