I wouldnt doubt if its one single server for each of the server numbers combined ( so each of the numbers log into the same server) to see how many they can squish into a single real server later.
Its a set of 10 virtual realms.
Each realm has different layering and population cap settings, so they can test the differences. That’s why they want you to tell them what server you were on when you give them feedback.
Can you imagine the barrens chat on the Barrens realm? 
I still believe names based off the bronze dragonflight to fit the back in time theme or names themed off nostalgic/popular vanilla places would be neat.
