Honestly I’m hoping it’s just a different client and keeps the original names from launch, I think you’ll see people gravitating back towards old servers to see some the same communities.

This is exactly what I want. There are friends I had in vanilla that I lost touch with when bc started. My server had free xfers to a new server. They eventually said if people don’t xfer then they woukd xfer us and no guarantee we would be with friends. My irl friend was going with his guild so i tagged along. If I could get back on Scarlet Crusade and find those old friends I’d be pretty happy.

I was going to ask the same thing. I’d think it’d be great to know the timezone since I like to try and match the server with my own.

I know for sure im picking a CST located server, been on PST servers since launch and im in a CST location.
They used to but moved away from it when the started the whole crz and linked realm thing.
It would be great if they did it again even if the datahub is overseas somewhere.
Server Names must be constructed to allow for future releases.

That was the list of original servers available on launch.
(Actually, technically, it was the server set available by the day after; Earthen Ring didn’t come online till the 5th, Argent Dawn was the only launch RP server. But AD was also a laggy mess the first day so they put another one up the second day.)

Scarlet Crusade was in feb 05. They will probably need more than just the originals.

Two OCE servers Frostmourne and Barthalis(spelling?) sorry never played that server.
Only ones needed available, two PvP servers and a random name pve server
Top of that list should be at LEAST a couple OCE servers on AEST time.
