its not about better admins/techs/devs, its about better testing validation and test enviornment that is closer to live. then you catch the issues you didnt plan on or didnt see in initial testing and pilot/dev/test rollout.

Hyperbole is not something that is supposed to or ever does happen, that’s the point of exaggerating beyond plausibility; you could call it a lie, though a lie is purposeful and has a motive to convince a reader/listener, a Hyperbole’s only purpose is to make a point, whether it’s true or not doesn’t matter so long as the point is made and in the commenters case, their point was made and it was highly exaggerated.
