I’m in-game right now. No enemies are loaded in or friendly NPC’s. I can run around and such, but there’s nothing to do - even dynamic flying isn’t working - seems like I’m completely lagged out in some way, but everything on my end is working fine (speedtest, websites loading, etc.).
Is there an issue with the servers or something? I can exit the game through task manager only, then log back in and everything’s fine for a few minutes, then it’s down again. Using the menu to log out or exit doesn’t work (nor using hearthstone or any other ability). I thought maybe it was an addon causing the problem, but I disabled all addons and did a /reload but it comes back the same way.
Anyone else experiencing this, or have experienced in the past and know a fix for it?
After being alone in the game for about 15-20 minutes, I was disconnected by Blizz and immediately re-entered. Everything has been fine so far; if the problem happens again, I’ll follow the troubleshooting guide you recommended.
For now I’m going to be happy and assume the problem fixed itself (or someone else fixed it for me).

Update: Unfortunately the issue has cropped up again. I’ve gone through every step of the trouble-shooting phase linked above and nothing has worked. All drivers are updated, did the IP release, etc.
The only difference I know of is that I did download the ElvUI addon, and the issues started after that was installed; I’ve had it disabled, but not uninstalled. On the off-chance that this is the issue, I’m going to uninstall that addon and see how I end up.
Otherwise, I’m at a loss. I’ll update once it’s uninstalled and have had a chance to play for awhile.
Update 2: Nope. Uninstalled and the same issue crops up. I dunno what to do. I just purchased an entire year of game time and am not really interested in troubleshooting further since this has been happening for some time now (it’s been consistent between my first post and now; I’m just now getting around to adding to the forum), so I’ll see if some sort of refund can be given. If not, I’ll just have to take it as a loss and move on.
