So I was playing as of 2 am on 8-20-2020, logged off and came back after work on 8-20-2020 but when I go to log in I cant even see my realm ( Korgath) that my main characters are on. I changed my bnet pw and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still cant see the realm I want to play on, I know the realm is up because I have a couple friends playing on there as I type this. I checked my account and no messages saying it has been banned or deleted or anything, server just does not show up, help please, thank you.
When you scroll through the server list and double-click your server, the characters don’t appear?
my server does not even appear, there was supposed to be a server merge, so I looked for the 2 servers we were merging with, Cenarius and Perenolt or something like that, neither of them appear for me.
This realm is still in the list for me. Sort by character column and see if it appears.
I have sorted by all ways, it shows up for my friend as well, it is almost like it is account based on blizzards end, but still does not explain why I cant even see the realms.
Are you seeing the majority of other realms? Did you accidentally launch one of the other WoW client versions (PTR etc)? Are you looking at the correct tab in the game? They have regions now.
I see all other realms and regions and have not created any toons on the PTR
update, just started trying every combination I could, realm type and region nothing was showing, disconnected computer from internet, waited 30 secs reconnected scrolled through the list and saw korgath, double clicked and got dc, logged back in, found it again, double clicked and it brought my character screen up. weird

Well, at least you got it now. Maybe your client wasn’t fully updated from earlier or something. Who knows!

I’m in the same boat and no matter how many times i restart battle net korgath won’t show up on the realm list. I’m a little worried since my main is there. it’s been 4 days withb no access now
I also have been unable to log into Korgath. However, Kargath with an “a” is available.
Have you deleted your cache folder yet?
The cache folder can sometimes be corrupted by older versions of the game, and Blizzard (along with a few other developers) DO NOT optimize your cache for new expansions.
Also, my realm Drak’Thul is completely missing currently, even though the realm list currently shows it’s active.
UPDATE: I guess the cache deletion doesn’t work in this case. Maybe a a blue GM will tell us our client is bunk and we need to delete and re-install
SOLVED:
You will need to scroll down and find the individual realms you remember had toons and log into them. Once your client sees that these (assuming updated for shadowlands and using new hardware) realms have your toons, it will move to the top of your list and you’ll see it correctly next time.
For those that CAN’T remember what realms you had toons on, unfortunately, you’ll need to log into EVERY. 
SINGLE. REALM. until you find them.
I can’t find Korgath in alphabetical order. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
I found it in alphabetical order finally. The issue was my “number of characters” got unsaved on the realm list (i think after a merger with another realm), so Korgath was not displaying (4) for the four characters i had on the realm. Once i found the realm in alphabetical order and clicked it, (4) showed back up. Earlier i accidentally had other assortment features (like population) selected to be active, interfering with complete alphabetical order. After prioritizing alphabetical order I found it.

The server is 100% still there. It’s in my pic above. I recommend carefully looking through the list, and not sorting by anything if that’s causing a problem. Also make sure you’re on the correct region tab.
