Trying to cancel my sub and your site conveniently prohibits me from doing so. It also stops me from removing my payment methods. Not suspicious at all.

I have the same issue. After a couple rounds with the AI bot customer service, a human finally told me they are having issues with that too. Seems their website isn’t talking to their network for that. Seems they don’t want anyone to actually unsub either.
