Anyone else getting booted from server after not being able to use abilities, but chat working?

Yes. =( A lot of us are having that issue.
Yep. Went afk for a bit, came back and I was DC’d from the server and can’t log back in now. Says World Server Is Down.

Now it’s saying world server is down
