Hey all, relatively new to Survival but really enjoying it so far. My question is with Serpent Sting, I see that I should talent it in order to get to Poison Injection. But do I ever actually cast Serpent Sting or just allow Viper’s Venom to do the work instead? I haven’t seen any rotation guides that say to cast Serpent Sting, that’s why I ask. Should I just take it off my action bar and forget about it?
Personally, I don’t have serpent sting on my action bar. I allow it to proc off aimed shot. 
IMO getting that ability is a waste of time and just another button to press. Whilst poison injection is a DPS increase, you’ll only notice it on Sims rather than game play (about 1-2%). Our spec tree, if you talent it, will place this on very regularly and it can be buffed on the class tree.
Place those points on survivability or buffing those two point talents.
