Judging by player base… and me… And Blizz… The are imbalanced.

Classes are imbalanced. Thats why you only saw Druids, rogues, mages, locks, a warrior playing out of his mind in the AWC. Blizzard balances around 3v3, not bgs, not 2v2. If you look at the arena ladder, it will reflect the same thing.

This isn’t mutually exclusive. Classes are imbalanced, that’s indisputable. If they werent you would have 3 dps specs equaling the numbers of the next 6 dps specs and 2 of those specs are held by the same class even.

factions may be imbalanced, arena comps can have issues, but when you have 40 v 40 with objectives to deal with those balance issues disappear. 3v3 has balance issues because comp matters, comp doesn’t matter in 40v40.

basically you are trying to state that only instanced bgs are bgs which is incorrect.
sure, but again, lets look at an ashran fight, a UHDK and boomkin may be top damage, but a destrolock or fire mage may be top in kills. who is OP in that situation?

They are. They completely are! They all served completely different purposes then tradition BGs did. Ashran, WG, Tol Borad where never Battlegrounds. That’s not moving goal posts, that bringing them back for you.

still you, again, the requests have been for old pvp zones with strategic objectives to be made into epic bg maps. you went off on a tangent about how those aren’t bgs, which is wholly irrelevant to the discussion and those requests. we are still getting a new map in epics in the form of pvp warfront arathi.
we have also seen a lot of activity from the devs in dealing with feedback from players about epic maps, so they do listen. but you need to give practical feedback, not just “pvp sucks”

This show how out of touch you are with the player base. No one is just sending the devs info that “PVP sucks”, if you have been paying anttention to their feeds people are getting upset that they acknowledge very little about PVP. In fact, it wasnt until the end of Blizzcon due to the outcry of PVP issues that tehy made a comment…
Where is this activity? I read the feeds, the forums and have seen no Dev responding to anything on a meaningful level? Looking over the threads, either have other people as they are getting upset with no real answers.
look at what happens to any thread with a blue blessing, text in blue is treated with the same reverence as if it were the word of god around here. if your words were treated the same and anything said months or even years ago is still passed around as “official” and may be thrown back in your face, you would be very careful about posting as well.
as far as feedback, we have seen players give feedback all expansion and that feedback taken into consideration and changes made. they may not be the changes you or I want, and they may not happen as fast as we want, but they do listen.
