Hi there, looking for a guild for myself a warlock, and a ret. We are pumpers! We want to delete current content as it’s released but we also love to pvp and participate in RP. is there any such guild on Alliance that fits this?
I’ve been around this server for a few months. From my experiences, I have scene nearly no RP elements anywhere. There are people who seem to embrace some of it but kick it down because no one else seems to.
I’m not saying there’s no real RP going on here, I’m just saying I havent seen it.

As for not seeing rp in the “wild” it because of layers. If you do want walk ups it is suggested that you download TRP3 and use the /rp channel to find players.

rp on grobbulus died once the server became the most balanced pvp megaserver in classic.
Your best shot at rp is gonna be to join a guild that does all the pve and pvp stuff you want, and then join a discord group or tag along with rp stuff that dedicated rp guilds do.
I am reluctant to suggest you join the grobbulus unofficially official discord because it’s more toxic than chernobyl, but rp guilds post events weekly, so its a good spot to stay updated on that kinda stuff if nothing else.
RP is alive on Grobbulus still. You don’t see a ton of it for two reasons:
- layers, as mentioned above.
- we tend to have to find more remote spots. Especially with the huge wave of transfers, you just get way too many griefers.
