The skip to Anduin for the Sepulcher of the First Ones raid no longer works for me. The NPCs stay by the entrance after the first boss and do not go to the portal and Bolvar does not have the dialogue to initiate the skip.

same, wonder if anyone else noticed this or if theyll fix it
If you kill the lich mob in the corridor too fast the npcs can bug out. Unless there’s some kind of new bug happening with them.
This is correct. I reported this bug back during patch 11.0.5 and it’s still occurring.
Generally what I do is use my weakest attack on the lich to force him to the teleport thresholds (70% and 40%). Sometimes, however, he won’t teleport. In this scenario, I round up the rest of the trash and kill it all at once before killing him. Then I wait at the edge of the hallway (where you’re first able to mount up) for the NPCs to teleport forward so I can grab the dialogue from Bolvar ASAP. I’ve had them teleport forward like this and then run all the way back to the first boss’s door, which negated the ability to use the skip since Bolvar won’t offer it unless he is past that hallway.
