You can get 1000 tender per month. The 4 most expensive things this month cost 900, 900, 600 and 600, respectively.
So you can only buy one if all you have is this month’s tender.
That’s why Blizzard tells us what’s coming before the month ends.

You still have to farm them. It’s just capped.
you don’t really farm though, you just play the game normally and get them.

I quit wow back in Shadowlands and came back in December.
I’m always playing catch-up and always tender-starved, never able to afford everything I want.

The best thing about the September Trading Post is that there’s a Trading Post in Dornogal! No more reasons to go to Stormwind! Yay!

While there’s nothing official yet, there’s a bit of datamining.
The items don’t get that far, but the theme for September is “Gather your friends”.
I suspect it will be heavy on pets.
Me too, I get little reminders while questing etc though when I get the little pop ups that I have done an activity that goes towards filling the bar, even though it was filled already.
