Did the preventative measures change go live? My tooltip still says 25%, and there are so many modifiers my math just doesn’t seem right?

" * Oracle Discipline priests’ Preventive Measures now increases Power Word: Shield absorption by 40% (was 25%). Does not apply to PvP."

It is in, the tooltip is just incorrect.

My baseline PW:S with my talent setup is ~477k.

Voidweaver is ~572k. Which is 476 * 1.2

Oracle is around 669k which is 476 * 1.4.
