Sepsis stealth ability works for some talents but not others

Title.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in on rogue
  2. Select Night Fae covenant.
  3. Select Assassination spec with Iron wire as a talent.
  4. Go to target dummy and press Sepsis.
  5. Wait for sepsis to expire and stealth ability feature to proc.
  6. Press Garrote.
  7. Silence effect works, proccing Iron Wire talent, but Subterfuge / Nightstalker / Master Assassin do not.

This is the same for subtlety spec and outlaw. The sepsis “stealth ability” doesn’t treat said ability as if used from stealth, making the entire feature pointless.

Having a similar experience except I’m not even getting the iron wire trigger. The only difference between my steps and yours is I’m in Valdrakken using the Sepsis talent instead of the night fae given ability.
Edit: Didn’t actually see this was a year old post. Forum just said “Jan 22” and that happened to be today lol…
