Separating keyboard from mouse keybinds

I’m a relatively new user to a 12-button MMO mouse. Is there a way to separate the key-binds between the mouse and keyboard? For example: “1” on my keyboard shares the same key-bind as “1” on my mouse and I’d like to split it up if possible. Thank you!
