constantly have to hold off on DPS rotation or lose sentinel because tank will need to move out of sentinel and there is little to no control over the proc. It just sits there with nothing to hit.
Needs to move with target or become active ability.

Yes. This has been a very big topic lately. Several different threads with this same discussion. Along with there is a delay at times when it tries to hit a second target
Another big bug with Sentinel is Overwatch doesn’t seem to work as tooltip states at all.
Needs to be addressed.

Nah. That was aoe. Sentinel does same dmg in aoe and st
lunar storm moves slowly in 11.1
I really stopped trying to always time it perfectly because you also want to use your bombs to get explosive shot procs. Having the weakaura helps a lot so timing it can be pretty easy. But the worst feeling is a boss moving right when you get your owl up.
Hopefully they make it mobile, priests have a similar AOE ability that travels so it should be an easy fix?
