Game Breaking Bug with Catalyst

When you convert a Conquest piece to the Regular Raid equivalent Tier piece, it no longer is giving the Raid Appearance for Tmog like it has in previous seasons. As someone who plays for Tmog, this is game breaking and needs fixed ASAP
